1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Re Closets purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging. Accessories like earrings and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that a $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
